Welcome to Alluora Glow Club! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in our program. By enrolling and participating, you agree to the following terms:
1.1. Membership in the Alluora Glow Club loyalty program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
1.2. Employees, affiliates, and family members of our company are not eligible to participate.
2.1. To enrol, customers must create an account on Alluora’s website.
2.2. Enrollment is free of charge.
3.1. Glow Coins are earned through qualifying purchases made on Alluora’s website.
3.2. Members will earn 1 Glow Coin for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
3.3. Glow Coins may also be earned through special promotions, referrals, or other activities.
3.4. Glow Coins are credited to the member’s account once the order is processed and completed.

*Glow Coins will be credited to the member’s account only after the referred friend made a purchase on Alluora’s website.
**Glow Coins are added in the member’s account on the birth date itself.
4.1. Glow Coins can be used to offset your transaction amount when making a purchase on Alluora’s website.
4.2. The redemption rate is 100 Glow Coins = $1. Refer to the chart below.
4.3. Glow Coins cannot be redeemed for cash or any form of credit.
4.4. Glow Coins cannot be transferred between accounts or to another person.
5.1. Glow Coins will expire 12 months from the date they were earned.
5.2. Members will be notified prior to the expiration of their Glow Coins.
6.1. Members are responsible for keeping their account information up-to-date.
6.2. The company is not liable for any loss of Glow Coins or benefits due to outdated or incorrect information.
7.1. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Alluora Glow Club loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
7.2. In the event of termination, members will have 30 days to redeem any remaining Glow Coins.
8.1. Any fraudulent activity, abuse of the Alluora Glow Club loyalty program, or violation of these terms may result in the forfeiture of Glow Coins and termination of membership.
8.2. The company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of fraud.
9.1. By enrolling in the Alluora Glow Club loyalty program, members consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in Singapore.
10.2. Any disputes arising from or related to the Alluora Glow Club loyalty program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
