Meet Tan Jun Jie (Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/joe_jie_00?igsh=dGpxMmU1eWZsZTN2 ), known to many as Joe, isn’t just a 25-year-old interior designer with a love for singing, he’s a man who’s not afraid to fail, rebuild and rise again. From launching a clothing brand at 18 to starting a bakery factory at 23, Joe has taken bold steps most wouldn’t dare. Now, as the Face of Alluora 2025 and Mister Global Malaysia 2025, he’s embracing a new chapter rooted in self-care and confidence, and starting over with purpose.

Overcoming the Low Points

Balancing pageant prep and work took a toll on Joe.

“There were moments I wanted to give up”, he recalls. “But a friend reminded me, ‘ You’ve come this far.’ That kept me going.”

By learning to rest, reset and stay consistent, Joe emerged more resilient than ever.

Joe entered the competition unsure but came out transformed.

“I used to be shy”, he says. “Now I speak with more confidence, face challenges with courage and know the power of teamwork.”
