Meet Nicholas Erekose Sim (Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/erekose888?igsh=bDNsZGNkNmJ5anVp), A true all-rounder—Nicholas is a global finance entrepreneur, a peak-condition athlete, and the Grand Champion of Mr Nusantara 2025. Now, as a newly named Face of Alluora 2025, he’s proving that strength, smart thinking, and self-discipline all come together through the way you present yourself. Nicholas also stepped up as Masters Of the World Singapore 2025 (Prime Category).
“I travel the world for business and leisure… but I also hike into deep mountains searching for hidden immortals, and I’ve found them!”
Nicholas didn’t expect to be selected.
“It was a warm and pleasant surprise. I assumed the brand would pick younger representatives. But as a mature man, I realised this gave me a chance to connect with a broader audience and share why image matters. How you present yourself directly affects your confidence, and confidence opens doors.”
His Alluora Holy Grail Products
Despite his high-powered life, Nicholas keeps his grooming routine grounded and effective. His top Alluora picks?
- Balance Cleanser – used two to three times daily, even on the body after workouts
- Mist – refreshing and energising; a staple in his office
- White Plus – a lifesaver for coffee-induced stains; used at home and at work
“I drink a lot of coffee, so White Plus helps me stay polished. And Balance is compact enough to bring with me while travelling—great after long-haul flights or intense days.”
His Ultimate Skin-Saver
“The absolute lifesaver is Purify. I don’t wear makeup often, but during events and shows, I have to. In the past, I’d always break out. Now, with Purify? Not a single blemish.”
Nicholas isn’t new to the pageant world—he joined Mr Singapore 22 years ago. But this time, it meant something more.
“Mr Nusantara was a dream. I’ve spent decades building skills, and now I want to give back—to my people, to society. As a winner and figurehead, I can create opportunities, fund initiatives, and help others live the life they truly want.”
“The hardest part? Watching others use social media so well. I’m new to all that. While most contestants had big, in-person fan bases, many of my supporters were overseas—in the Middle East, the US, Canada, and China. But they showed up. Through online voting, their love came through. I felt it deeply.”
What the Pageant Taught Him
Winning wasn’t just a title—it was transformation.
“Physically, I’m fitter than I was 20 years ago. I’m proud of that. But it also made me realise how misunderstood pageantry is. The industry is full of purpose-driven, kind-hearted people. My fellow contestants became like brothers. Through thick and thin, we bonded—and that reminded me what it means to be human.”
His #1 Self-Care Rule
“Have a skincare routine—but also, breathe deeply. Just a few minutes a day, and drink at least 2 litres of water. That’s how I stay focused, energised, and sharp—physically and mentally.”
