1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital and Physical gift cards.
  • Products marked as final sale.
  • Opened or used products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at he***@*****ra.com or WhatsApp +65 61003353 within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.

4. Shipping Instructions

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 14 business days.

6. Processing Time

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Exchanges
